Rejoice Always, Pray Continually, Give Thanks

1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 reminds us:
"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."

These words are short but powerful.

• Rejoice Always – Joy isn’t about circumstances; it’s about trusting God’s goodness no matter what.
  

• Pray Continually – Stay connected to God all day, not just during set prayer times. Whisper a prayer in the car, at work, or while cooking dinner.
  

• Give Thanks in All Circumstances – Gratitude shifts our focus from what’s missing to what God has already provided.
  

Even in trials, we can choose joy, lean on prayer, and find reasons to be thankful. This isn’t always easy, but it draws us closer to God and fills our hearts with peace.

✨ Today, pause for a moment: rejoice in one blessing, say a simple prayer, and thank God for something small. Little by little, this habit can change your outlook and your heart.
